FBDownloadPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.
Our Role
FBDownloadPro is a technical tool that helps users access publicly available content from Facebook's CDN. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video content. All videos remain on Facebook's servers. We are therefore a service provider as defined under Section 512 of the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our service in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our DMCA agent with the following information: 1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email) 2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed 3. The specific URL(s) of the content you claim is infringing 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law 5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with: your name and contact info, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. Repeat Infringers
FBDownloadPro maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights will have their access to our service restricted.
